Rumball Slice no rolling easy on the neck!


Little tip if you suffer from spinal pain. Christmas can be taxing on the body especially if you have kids always a lot on. Rolling rumballs especially if you have to make a few hurts my lower back and especially my neck. Turn your rumballs into a slice all you have to do is double the coconut.
2 full packets of scotch biscuits
1 tin of condensed milk
Table spoon coco
1 cup of desiccated coconut or shredded.
And optional half a cup of Bailey’s, Kahlua, Rum  really your fav drink may work.
Put your scotch fingers in a plastic bag twist it and wrap in a towel and start wacking it and break it up till it looks like crumbs still with bigger bits of biscuit in it my daughter did this bit( the bigger bits of biscuit give it a nicer texture when ready to eat)
Now combine everything together and have out a bowl of coconut to roll them in. 
If your doing the cheat way like me just double the coconut and spread evenly out into a square baking dish. Then throw some coconut on top.Let it sit for at least four hours I leave it for overnight that way the alcohol settles in the biscuit better. My daughter did the actual rumballs with her friend minus the alcohol.Mines the easy slice with the alcohol.
